  1. Started this drama to pass time while I wait for new shows to premiere, & this one made it pretty high up on a list of the 50 highest-rated Korean series on cable. I watched a third of this series and I’m probably going to drop it. It’s not as interesting as I thought it would be based on the plot premise & the high ratings it got. The episodes are kind of slow and filled with drawn out scenes of actors just staring at each other as if they were just trying to fill up an hour-long episode. It doesn’t make sense that their advertising clients allow themselves to be used as pawns in VC’s internal power struggles. The entitled, childish, greedy & shallow girl is obnoxious and boring…her character type is common in K-dramas, but this show doesn’t do anything to make her interesting or a capable antagonist. Her scenes are a waste of screen time like her shopping “montage,” nor are they funny even when set to comedic background music. Disappointing since this got pretty high ratings.
