Synopsis: The drama revolves around, Dr. Yeung, the deputy director of Ming Shing North Hospital who proposes a plan to completely change the hospital’s bureaucratic model. His proposal is is met with opposition from Dr. Tong, head of the hospital’s cardiology department who believes Yeung’s proposed changes could affect the poor’s accessibility to healthcare.Also known as: White Strongman / 白色强人
