1. How would I describe the ML’s baggy pants suits? On a 1-10 scale, the jackets are a 5 (baggy and sloppy, but meh…but those pants are ?‍????

2. This drama would have been good if the FL casting weren’t ridiculous. Why would they put an attractive, sharp dressing man who looks mid thirties with a sloppy, frumpy-dressing, homely woman who looks 20 years older than him? There is ZERO believable chemistry. The match is absurd.

      Because it must say something about the character she plays. Characters are not only about what they say, but also about how they look.
      She is a down to earth woman, uninterested of her looks. Why should she set her hair when she runs all day like that and working in a kitchen? Have you ever tried to work into a kitchen, in that steam, in those smells, etc? Your hair would not stay nice and your clothes would stink of what you cook. She has a lot of psysical effort to make every single day, taking care of her family which is a difficult family. would you like her to be dressed in Chanel, on high heels and having a manicure?
      She looks older because her life is and has been very tough, she had to raise a child, take care of a handicaped brother and run a restaurant/kitchen since her teenage years. You would like her to look like 18 yo when having that stress every single day? Try and see how YOU would look after 12 years of working like a dog every single day of your life, no breaks.
      It’s sad to see how ppl give the most on the other ppl appearances, instead of seeing their inner looks.

      Try to be polite here, we don’t need to read your crap. It’s a public space.

      2. To be fair the actor is 39 and the actress is 50 and it shows. I love Jeon Do Yeon and she is beautiful, but some scenes you can really see the difference in ages, which breaks the immersion a little, since in the drama they should be around the same age, from the scenes of the past. Her niece arrives at 5 years old and how much has passed, like 12 years? The leap of the actress from early twenties to middle thirties is not believable, she does look older, and not in the tired way. I saw her in the drama Lost and she was portrayed perfectly in her age, so maybe seeing her in a younger role is also affected by my last image of her, nonetheless the production team could have done more with the outfits and the hair, just a tad bit.
