An immortal girl from the Po Xin tribe had her tribe vanquished by the Demon Lord, Dong Fang Qing Cang. She was reborn ten thousand years later as a lowly immortal of the Heavenly Tribe, Xiao Lan Hua (Little Orchid). Lan Hua unknowingly revived Dong Fang Qing Cang, her mortal enemy, who was trapped in the Hao Tian Tower. In order to regain his freedom, Dong Fang Qing Cang wants to sacrifice Xiao Lan Hua’s immortal soul to unleash the curse placed on his body. In the process, the heartless demon falls for the gentle and adorable young fairy…

  2. He Proved It, “A hero would sacrifice her for the world, And a Villain would sacrifice the world for her” I’m extremely in love with the plot. I love how it creates suspense at the end of each episode, leaving us hanging as to see what occurs next. A wonderful drama to break away from the monotonous conventional plot twists. I would give it 4.5 stars without a second thought. A Must watch drama!!!

  3. Incredibly well made from production, to acting, to beautiful OST, & CGI/scenery! My heart fluttered, I grew to love DQ’s character dev (who wouldn’t??), Orchid bloomed, side stories truly had their *own* stories without taking away from the overall plot. Can’t wait to see Esther + Dylan again elsewhere. The cast really knocked this out of the park!! Kudos to everyone that worked hard on this! It shows. 9/10 would rec to a friend!

  6. One of my favorites Chinese drama. Dylan Wang and Esther Yu did great in touching our hearts during their emotional scenes. This drama made us feel the the joy and pain in loving someone but more importantly, the willingness to sacrifice your own life for your beloved one out of your purest love. I guess, in reality, this is rare to happen now.
