  1. I had to come back here and put a comment ! PLEASE DO NOT BELIVE WHAT that person (Kdrama wacther) is saying its pure nonsense ! the drama is definitely worth the watch ! literally amazingggggg

  2. This drama was mediocre at best.

    *Spoiler alert*
I was gonna skip this drama, but I let myself be convinced by the comments to watch it. Some comments claim that this is better than Tunnel, now having seen both, I strongly disagree. Ultimately it comes down to what you appreciate in a drama and what feelings it brings up in you. For My Perfect Stranger I was bored for pretty much all of the episodes. This drama is a slow burner/slice-of-life which I usually don’t mind but for me this drama just never peaked. However, it had some really raw and heartfelt moments which kept me going and where credit is due.

It was difficult for me to see the two leads together in a romantic relationship. I know they’re not that far apart in age, but she posed as a high schooler and he as her teacher and that just stuck with me and it felt wrong to see them together. To me, it doesn’t seem like they have a lot of chemistry either. It seemed like Yoon Hae-Joon was constantly annoyed with Baek Yoon-Young, like their personalities don’t match at all. To me it would have made more sense to be “partners” while their goals overlapped but in the end they should have gone back to their separate lives and although it would have been more of a bittersweet ending I personally think that would have suited this drama better. I know the big twist in this drama was that Yoon Hae-Joon’s father was the killer, but I was certain for a long time that it was Yoo Bum-Ryong because in the episode where they’re on a field trip we see Yoo Bum-Ryong’s facial expression change, like he was wearing a mask or putting up a performance that slipped for just a moment while no one was looking. We didn’t get to know him very well but I think he would have been a very interesting character to explore more. I was however excited to see that they explored the storyline around Yoon Hae-Joon’s mother and her reasons for abandoning him and in addition to that I am even happier that that didn’t change even in the end. I think Kim Dong-Wook did a phenomenal job at portraying the role of someone who was abandoned and all the feelings, grief and questions that comes with that. Even though they were able to change the course of a lot of things, there are still some things that are just bound to happen in time that cannot be changed or saved and I’m happy that they didn’t try to force it because not everyone gets a happy ending and not every relationship can nor should be saved. Even though Chung-A will never know her child or the fact that he was her son, it was beautiful to see him getting to know her a little bit and eventually being able to let her go and make peace with something otherwise so unforgivable and unfathomable.

This drama gave closure to most of it’s characters and had a happy ending where it ended as it began, almost in a loop, which personally is my favorite type of endings.

    1. Please respect all of us who believe in Jesus Christ. Using His wonderful name as some sort of swear word is highly disrespectful. I hope you learn how to respect other people, especially on pupblic platforms such as this one where your real face can be hidden. Have basic respect for humanity and for yourself 🙂

  6. only 6 comments? jesus fckin christ dude, people who are not watching this are fckin retard

  7. I started watching this drama because the synopsis reminded me of ‘Kairos’, one of my fav dramas, I’m on episode 6 and I must say this is one of the best dramas of 2023, the suspense, the acting everything is top-notch. If you’re a big fan of time travel and suspense genre this series is definitely for you!
