Synopsis: Single female lawyer Qin Shi is focused on her career, but was rushed into marriage by her parents. The top lawyer firm, Cheng and Hui is recruiting lawyers specializing in family affairs, and one of the requirements is to be married. Qin Wei, Qin Shi’s second brother who is also a headhunter, secretly changed Qin Shi’s marriage status to “married” without her permission, thus creating a fictional husband for her out of nowhere. Not knowing anything, Qin Shi was employed. Her outstanding performance earned the approval of the founder, Lao Jin. During a gathering with partners, Lao Jin recommended Qin Shi to be a legal counsel for the Association of Women Entrepreneurs. It is only then Qin Shi realizes that she is “married”. Qin Shi decides to clarify the situation to Lao Jin, but at this moment her “husband” Yang Hua appears. He was forced by his mother to come for a matchmaking session with Qin Shi’s competitor. Feeling angry about his mother’s forceful actions, he has no choice but to seek the help of Qin Shi. Thus, the two people who are unwilling to be forced into marriage, hit it off immediately, and impulsively decide to register their marriage. However both their parents sense something wrong with the situation. At this moment, Qin Shi’s ex-boyfriend suddenly joined the law firm. Facing the numerous crisis, Qin Shi and Hua Yang begin to slowly feelings for each other, and accidentally acquire true love.

  1. IMHO forego this drama, She and Her Perfect Husband, for Once We Get Married. Both have contract relationships, but Once We Get Married nicely wrapped up the story.

    I watched all 40 episodes of She and Her Perfect Husband only to be VERY DISAPPOINTED in the last 2-3 episodes with the conclusion of the FL and ML’s story. Even worse the other couples (which some had worse relationships than the FL and ML) had better endings than the FL and ML. It seems like the writers lost their way during these last few episodes for the FL and ML.

    For the FL being presented as intelligent and capable, she didn’t come across this way in relationships which she should have handled better with the information she had at the end because of the journey she had travelled with the ML. The FL knew the answer, but pride got in her way that led to a flat, fuzzy, and open conclusion for the FL and ML.

    For the ML being as smart as he was, he should have made a better decision at the end based on the apathy of the FL.

    To be fair I would only recommend She and Her Perfect Husband if I were fans of the actors. There were some good performances by them.

    Once We Get Married is a contract relationship story too. It is only 24 episodes, but it ends more positive for the FL and ML which is the reason I strongly recommend Once We Get Married over She and Her Perfect Husband. Don’t waste your time on She and Her Perfect Husband. Not worth the investment.

  5. What’s happening to the rest of the episodes? Hope there isn’t a problem. We are all getting impatient. The series is so good can’t wait for the continuing story. Thank you for all your hard work.

    1. if I remember correctly episodes that were to be aired on December 1 were rescheduled for December 9, due to the death of Jiang Zemin, and the suspension of entertainment broadcast on the air

  8. I hope we get the rest of the episodes soon. The series is so good gives one a really good feeling for the day. Funny too so we can have a good laugh!
